A fiery, southern variety of red curry paste imported directly from Thailand
Made using red chillies and a special blend of herbs and spices, this top quality paste will help you create a memorable Panang curry at home.
Make your curry with your choice of chicken, pork, beef or prawns. Panang is usually served with beef. Heat a tablespoon of curry paste until fragrant, then add three tablespoons of coconut milk and stir to combine. Add carrots, green beans and halved cherry tomatoes and more coconut milk, then add the meat or fish last. Heat until cooked through and serve with steamed or boiled rice.
For an even more authentic flavour add some roughly chopped peanuts to your dish and garnish the finished curry with more peanuts.
