Returns Information

It's okay to change your mind - we are happy to accept returns without reason of unopened items in their original condition within 28 days of dispatch. Just repackage them as you received them, and return them to us marked 'Customer Returns'. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 28 days, minus a 15% administration charge.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items, and we can only refund items that reach us in a resalable condition. You are therefore advised to send them by Special Delivery, so that you can claim compensation from Royal Mail in the event that they are damaged on their way to us.

If you receive damaged or broken items, please contact us within 28 days of receipt at sales@mountsushi.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right by issuing you a refund or replacement as appropriate. Please do not return damaged or broken items unless requested to do so. If the packaging has been damaged, you should keep it in case Royal Mail need to see it as part of their investigation.
