Our Returns Policy

We're consumers ourselves, and we want to make things as easy for you as possible and ensure that your consumer rights are fully respected. In fact, in most cases we'll go over and above our legal obligations in order to make sure you're totally happy.

You can change your mind and return part or all of your order for a refund within 30 days of receipt. You don't need to tell us why you're returning your goods (though we would love to know if it will help us improve our service). If you would like to do so, please contact us first to arrange this.

In line with UK consumer law, your refund will include your original delivery charge if you return all of the goods on your order (delivery charges will not be refunded if you return only part of your order). Additionally, if you are returning damaged or faulty goods, we will refund the cost of returning these items to us (if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will be responsible for this cost).

Once we have received your returned goods, we will endeavour to issue your refund within five working days.

Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
